The appeal form provides a formal process for documenting academic withdrawal appeals.

Students enrolled in an Excelsior University degree program are allowed three (3) attempts of an Excelsior course for which they have received a grade below what is required by their program to meet the requirement. A student who reaches the maximum number of attempts for a course that must be taken at Excelsior cannot complete their academic program.
